Levine's will only issue a refund(money back) for both shipping and item cost if a customer receives an item that she/he did not order (wrong item or size) or the item that she/he ordered is no longer in stock.
In the case of items not fitting, the item being not what the customer expected... etc Those exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. The customer must notify Levine's Consignment and Resale Boutique via Email We must be notified within 2 days of your receipt or the item is yours. We always try our best to make our customers happy but items worn, altered, washed, containing smoke/ pet odor or containing any other indication that the item is not returned in the condition it was received will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If an item is accepted for a return, we will happily exchange it for another item of equal value. We will allow for a credit for future use in our online store.
