Online Return Policy:  

Levine's will only issue a refund (money back) for both shipping and item cost if a customer receives an item that she/he did not order (wrong item or size)  or the item that she/he ordered is no longer in stock. This will be refunded in the form of payment originally purchased. 

In the case of items not fitting, the item being not what the customer expected... etc Those exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. The customer must notify Levine's Consignment and Resale Boutique via Email. We must be notified within 2 days of the item being delivered (via tracking) or the item is yours.  We always try our best to make our customers happy but items worn, altered, washed, containing smoke/ pet odor or containing any other indication that the item is not returned in the condition it was received will NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

 If an item is accepted for a return, we will happily exchange it for another item of equal value. We will allow for a credit for future use in our online store.
